Our Story

Our venues story started in 2007 when Oli (our founder & CEO) bought a derelict Sloans and began the task of restoring Glasgow’s oldest bar and restaurant. In 2010, Oli founded itison. In the years since, the number of venues has grown to a magnificent seven.

Today, we’ve brought itison together with venues to create itison Venues with an amazing team of over 300, across seven locations supported by a team at our HQ in the Merchant City.

With a Sunday Times top 100 approach to creating a brilliant team and culture, we’re on a shared mission to give people amazing experiences that make them smile every day, and do some good in the process.
